Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect my time and ensure availability for all guests, please review the following policies before booking. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. * Indulge — $100 service: $50 deposit * Awaken — $130 service: $50 deposit * Immerse — $175 service: $75 deposit The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment or fail to attend. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * 24+ hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment one time. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited. * No-show: Your deposit will be forfeited. * Additional rescheduling: After your one permitted deposit transfer, a new non-refundable deposit is required to secure another appointment. GIFT CERTIFICATES & GIFT CARDS Guests using a gift certificate or gift card may book directly through Sleek Head Spa without paying an additional deposit. Gift certificate and gift card bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other appointments. * 24+ hours’ notice: One reschedule is permitted without a deduction from your gift certificate or gift card balance. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your gift certificate or gift card balance will be reduced by the standard deposit amount for the service booked. * No-show: Your gift certificate or gift card balance will be reduced by the standard deposit amount for the service booked. The applicable deductions are: * Indulge: $50 * Awaken: $50 * Immerse: $75 Any remaining balance may be used toward a future appointment, subject to the applicable gift certificate or gift card terms. LATE ARRIVALS Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability. The full service price may still apply. OUTSTANDING BALANCES Any outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
